In this exciting role, you’ll have plenty of creative freedom and work closely with our board and management. Your responsibilities also include:
- Preparing accounts payable and receivable and supporting monthly and annual financial statements, including inventory Processing supplier invoices, obtaining internal approvals, and posting them Preparing and handling payments after approval by the board
- Acting as the commercial interface to departments (Sales, Presales, and Operations) as well as tax advisors, and monitoring the open items list
- Processing incoming orders and contributing to liquidity planning
- Creating subscriptions and invoices in the ERP system Coordinating and preparing monthly billing with the relevant departments, as well as issuing monthly and one-off invoices
- Preparing business evaluations and reports
- Completed commercial training or qualification as an accountant (m/f/d) (or a comparable qualification)
- You can work between 30–40 hours per week (part-time/full-time)
- Experience with business evaluations (BWA) is a plus
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working Motivation, teamwork skills, as well as commitment and initiative
